Including a Cell Number in Your WhitePages Member Listing
You now have the option to let other WhitePages members view your cell number, or allow them to send you a text while keeping your number private. Your cell phone provider may apply standard or other charges for sending or receiving text messages through this service.
To add your cell phone to your member listing:
- Look up your existing listing and edit it, or create a new listing.
- Enter the cell number and contact information.
- Receive our verification text message on your cell phone (from 566587).
- Reply YES to verify, and your cell will be included on your WhitePages member listing.
To remove your cell phone from your WhitePages Listing (and stop receiving text messages) select one of the following methods:
- Remove your cell number from your member listing
- Text STOP to 566587 ("LOOKUP"). Your cell number will be removed from your WhitePages listing, and other WhitePages members will no longer be able to send you text messages via the site. You will receive a confirmation text message.
- Remove your entire member listing
